The staff was very friendly! paula at reception made check-in smooth! the entire team answered questions and gave local tips! plus, they had delicious pizza late into the evening. It was the perfect treat after a night out.
The bed was really uncomfortable, and the tv looked old! there wasn't any soap in the shower either. cleaning ladies entered the room even with the do not disturb sign! no slippers were in the room. That's too bad.

I liked the proximity to the subway station, it made traveling simple. The breakfast had varied selections and tasted good. I also appreciated the helpful and understanding staff. They were always ready to assist with directions and other requests.
The room lacked several amenities i expected. There was no refrigerator or teapot.

The room offered effective blackout curtains which blocked morning sunlight. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. The room size was adequate and everything was clean.
